The Truth about Prop 16

Prop 16 is about hiring people based on the color of their skin, today we have a law put in place to ensure that in every working establishment it is required to hire men and women, and at least one person of every color. A company isn't allowed to discriminate against anyone. With prop 16, all of those companies suddenly can discriminate against anyone, it starts with the government. Once the government does this, everyone else does as well. It suggests that it is for women and people of color, but we have a current law that is put in place right now for that. This law won't help people of color or women, it may for a couple of years, then people will decide that they want to only hire one group of people say just women, who are black and are Jehovahs Witnesses. Depending on who we want to discriminate against this week we will only hire people of certain colors and certain sexes, and certain religions, and only if they have certain political opinions, the next thing you know we will be replicating nazi Germany. 

This is a bad law trying to replace a good law.
